Journal Policies
All research articles are subject to editorial screening followed, where appropriate, by double-anonymous peer review by independent experts. The journal normally seeks at least two substantive external reviews before a final decision. Editors may reject manuscripts without external review when they fall outside the journal's scope, do not meet basic scholarly standards, or present clear ethical or methodological concerns. Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, confidential, and timely assessments. Final editorial decisions remain with the responsible editor.
